2. How to Enter the Sweepstakes

There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

(a) To participate in the Moon River Pearls/Woman�s World Sweepstakes online, an entrant must register at www.moonriverpearls.com/ww and remain in compliance with these rules throughout the duration of the Sweepstakes. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. Any additional entries received from the same entrant will be discarded. In order to enter the sweepstakes online, the entrant�s name and e-mail address must be provided to Moon River Pearls as part of the online registration process. Throughout the duration of the Sweepstakes, Moon River Pearls will use the e-mail address given by the entrant for the purpose of notifying the entrant.

(b) Those persons who wish to participate by regular mail may do so by sending a 3x5 card with their name, postal address and e-mail address to: Moon River Pearls.com Woman�s World Sweepstakes, c/o Moon River Pearls 4 Davis Road West, Old Lyme, CT USA, 06371. Mail-in entries must be postmarked before the Sweepstakes End Date (as specified in Section 5 below) and received within seven (7) days after the Sweepstakes End Date. Mail-in entrants will automatically receive the maximum number of entries permitted to online entrants (i.e., a total of one entry). Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted. Any additional entries received from the same entrant will be discarded. Any mail-in entry that is illegible, incomplete, late, damaged or does not carry proper postage will be disqualified.

3. Privacy Policy Entrant�s name, postal address or e-mail address submitted for the purposes of the Sweepstakes will not be released by Moon River Pearls to any third party not involved in the Sweepstakes without first obtaining permission from the entrant. However, Moon River Pearls shall have permission to send entrants mailings, by Moon River Pearls only, concerning Moon River Pearls.com products, offers and service. An entrant can also remove him or herself from these mailings conducted by Moon River Pearls at any time by simply clicking on the link in any e-mail requesting removal from the Moon River Pearls list.

4. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (ARV) A total of two (2) Moon River Pearls.com necklaces with matching bracelets and 7.5mm studs valued at $1458 will be given away. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, refundable or redeemable for cash. Any taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner. One (1) entrant will be randomly selected as the winner. Limit one prize per entrant. Adult businesses, spammers, and other potentially offensive businesses may be so classified and declined in our sole discretion.

5. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes period (the "Sweepstakes Period") begins November 28, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time, and ends January 15, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (the "Sweepstakes End Date").

6. Winner Selection One winner will be selected in an electronically randomized drawing to be conducted within ten (10) days of the Sweepstakes End Date from all eligible online and mail-in entries received.

The random drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Moon River Pearls, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by e-mail message within seven (7) days following the drawing date. In order to win, entrants must have provided true and accurate information and may not be in violation of any of these rules as determined by Moon River Pearls.

7. Eligibility This Sweepstakes is open to lawful residents of the United States excluding Puerto Rico. Employees of Moon River Pearls, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

All Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration to enter into the Moon River Pearls.com Woman�s World Sweepstakes.

8. General Conditions No purchase necessary. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the sole decision of Moon River Pearls, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Taxes, exchange rates and duties, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted.

The prize winners must send e-mail (or mail-in) confirmation to Moon River Pearls within 10 days of notification by Moon River Pearls. Prize winners will be required to submit valid identification to Moon River Pearls and to execute a liability/ publicity release within 10 days following the first Moon River Pearls e-mail or mail-in notification to be declared the official winner. Failure to comply within this time period will result in disqualification and awarding of the prize to an alternate winner.

Winners agree to Moon River Pearls� use of their names and/or likeness, age, gender, and country of citizenship for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide in any and all forms of media, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. All federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations apply.

Moon River Pearls is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by an entrant or an equipment or technical malfunction or for any technical error or malfunctions or clerical errors. Moon River Pearls reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Moon River Pearls is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Sweepstakes Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prizes.

Moon River Pearls reserves the right to halt or cancel this Sweepstakes at any time without obligation or prior notice. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Moon River Pearls their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prizes won.

Moon River Pearls is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of e-mail addresses or mailing addresses that are no longer correct. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 10 business days from the first Moon River Pearls.com notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected.

Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner. Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, any failure to accept or receive e-mail from Moon River Pearls regarding the Sweepstakes will result in the automatic disqualification of the entrant from the Sweepstakes.

9. Unsolicited Bulk E-mail Policy Moon River Pearls strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited bulk e-mail or electronic messages of any kind to unknown individuals or individuals that have not consented to receiving such information. In addition, an entrant may not make any false or deceptive misrepresentations with respect to any and all prizes received from Moon River Pearls or with respect to prizes that potential Sweepstakes winner is likely to receive.

If an entrant violates the Official Sweepstakes Rules, the entrant will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and will NOT be eligible to register again for any subsequent Sweepstakes in the future. Disqualification shall become effective when written notice of disqualification is mailed or e-mailed to the disqualified entrant at the entrant�s last known e-mail address or mailing address.

10. Internet If for any reason the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Moon River Pearls, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Moon River Pearls reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Moon River Pearls further reserves the right to conduct a drawing to award the Prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date.

Moon River Pearls assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Moon River Pearls is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant�s or any other person�s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading of any materials in this Sweepstakes.

Entrants may not enter false or multiple e-mail addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter false or multiple e-mail addresses. Any entrant who attempts, directly or indirectly, to enter multiple or false e-mail addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple or false entries will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute, entries made through the Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.

Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, or Internet Service Provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

11. Winners List/Sponsor The names of the winners will be posted on the Moon River Pearls.com Web Site at www.moonriverpearls.com within 30 days of the close of the Sweepstakes period, and may also be obtained by sending a self addressed stamped 9x12 envelope to Moon River Pearls.com Woman�s World Sweepstakes, c/o Moon River Pearls, 4 Davis Road West, Old Lyme, CT, 06371 (USA). 12. Miscellaneous The provisions of this document with respect to Moonriverpearls.com are for the benefit of CCA Services, LLC (CCA Services) d/b/a Moon River Pearls, and its officers, directors, employees, members, agents, licensors, suppliers, contractors, attorneys, and any third party information providers to and their respective agents or affiliates. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly on its own behalf.
