If, for any reason, your Moon River Pearls purchase does not meet your expectations, please call our toll-free customer service line at (800) 405-2488, or send an e-mail to customerservice@moonriverpearls.com for return instructions and a return authorization code. This code, which alerts customer service to look for your package and allows us to process your return or exchange promptly, should be written on your original packing slip, along with any special instructions and a brief explanation for the return.

Please return jewelry in its original condition in its Moon River Pearls box. For your protection, please insure the jewelry for its full purchase price and request delivery confirmation.  We will not process any returns until we receive the jewelry. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen jewelry, or jewelry that is damaged in transit. Returns must arrive at Moon River Pearls within 90 days from the date we shipped it to you. 

Customers who return jewelry in its original condition within 90 days will receive a full refund or exchange. Once we receive your return, we will notify you via e-mail, and either credit your account or replace or exchange the merchandise as you instruct. If, after 90 days you are unhappy with your purchase, call our customer service line toll-free, and our representatives will make every effort to resolve your concern.
